According to Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, the mastermind group principle is: “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.”  

According to me, it’s group of women entrepreneurs who collaborate with a commitment to improve and grow each other’s businesses.

Each week you will be held accountable to the group for achieving your stated goals. It really makes a difference when you have to report it! You will make far more progress than you would if left to your own devices. Often, the things we need to do most but perpetually put off are precisely the challenges we need to face to take things to the next level.

Here’s How it Works

We meet via Zoom every week for one hour. Each session includes:


WINS

 Each session we will all share a win from the previous week. This helps us stay positive even in those hard weeks by celebrating our achievements!


SPOTLIGHTS

You get to ask your mastermind group to brainstorm a solution to a struggle that you have in your business. We will rotate spotlight participants among all attendees in the 3 months that we are together.


GOALS

You will define a long term goal for the whole Mastermind on day one. At the end of each session you will set a short term goal that you agree to be held accountable to for the next session. You will be asked the following week if you achieved that goal.

About the Mastermind 

Duration: We will meet each Thursday at 10am PST, starting on Sept. 5th and ending on December 5th.

Small groups: Max of 8 women so we can create an intimate community

  Meetings: Weekly virtual meetings via Zoom

Private Facebook Group: We will continue our conversations and dig even deeper to share issues and identify practical solutions.

Elyse Tager provides business coaching to women entrepreneurs who want to go from solopreneur to CEO. She help coaches, consultants and service-based businesses scale and grow to their next level by providing clarity and eliminating the chaos and confusion that can occur with growth.  

A long-time marketer and passionate entrepreneur, Elyse has helped hundreds of small businesses, associations, and nonprofits develop and implement effective online marketing strategies to grow their business or organization.  

Elyse is a popular motivational speaker, writer and educator known for providing her audiences with the practical tools, techniques and strategies they need to grow their business or improve their lives.  

She is a serial entrepreneur and has run 4 successful businesses. She is passionate about helping women entrepreneurs to reach and exceed their goals.
